What could these symptoms mean? Dizziness, wanting to drop dead, ears plugged and all i heard was my heartbeat?

i was waiting in line for a buffet in vegas and then i leaned against a wall wanting to vomit and my head was spinning. i walkd to the restroom carried by my boyfriend couldnt make it so took a seat and a friend handed me a soda and my boyfriend fanned me, thn i was fine. but it felt like i needed a hospital
