Well it seems like you two are close..which is a good thing if you are interested..not sure if you are because you don't seem to excited about it. But anyway, holding hands is a start to something. Generally male friends don't hold their friends hands. Just because you two were drunk doesn't mean that he didn't want to. It really depends on what comes out of your next night out. Drinking usually helps shy people to express their feelings better so maybe you will find out or get brave enough to ask later this week?? I've had this same thing happen to me before with a male friend and it didn't turn into a relationship because of circumstances but it did progress into sex if that helps at all. :)
